Anderson Lloyd and Ngāi Tahu are proud to continue their successful partnership investing in the future of the iwi by continuing to offer summer internship opportunities for two whānau members for 2025/2026.
We recognise and value the range of characteristics that make every individual unique and foster an inclusive culture which delivers positive experiences for our people, our clients and our communities.
These internships provide a supportive environment for students to learn, contribute and gain practical skills relevant to their field of study, to better prepare them for future employment.
The Internship Programme will run alongside Anderson Lloyd’s annual Summer Clerk Programme over the university summer holidays.
The Internship Opportunities (2 roles)
- Opportunities in Ōtepoti or Ōtautahi, in the following interest areas
- Legal;
- People & Culture; and
- Marketing.
- 12 weeks paid, full time, summer internship opportunity, from November 2025 to February 2026.
- As an Accredited Living Wage Employer, we pay a competitive salary during the three-month internship.
- When the interns start with Anderson Lloyd, they will join our two-day induction programme and meet with other Summer Clerks.
- Our firm is open and friendly, and we are sure that interns will quickly feel comfortable dealing with partners and staff of all levels.
What you’ll need:
- Studying in your penultimate year in either a Bachelor of Laws, or Bachelor of Commerce majoring or minoring in either Human Resources or Marketing;
- Effective communication skills;
- A desire to succeed and a positive attitude;
- To be able to spend the summer in Ōtepoti or Ōtautahi;
- The capability to think, articulate and write logically; and
- To be a registered Ngāi Tahu whānau member.
