Congratulations to Anderson Lloyd partner Frazer Barton, who has been elected as the 33rd President of the New Zealand Law Society Te Kāhui Ture o Aotearoa.
Frazer has served as the Vice President (South Island) on the Law Society Board since April 2020. Frazer has extensive governance experience outside the Law Society as well, serving on the boards and councils of the University of Otago, Columba College and for six years he was chair of the Anderson Lloyd partnership. He will be the Law Society President for the remainder of this term ending in April 2023. There will be another election in April in accordance with the Law Society’s constitution.
Frazer is passionate about the profession in New Zealand and the duties it has and we are proud of his achievement.
