Kelly has spent 15 years working within human resources, and has a broad range of experience covering both the strategic and operational aspects of this area.
At Anderson Lloyd, Kelly looks after recruitment and attraction, internal brand, culture and engagement, remuneration, and staff benefits. She is also responsible for induction and on-boarding, performance assessment, training and career development, health and safety, succession planning, and performance management.
Her clients are the partners and staff of Anderson Lloyd, and she looks to adapt to each client’s needs to provide them with the appropriate support and encouragement to realise their potential of being the best they can be.
Kelly is a mentor for the Otago MBA program and, each year, mentors foreign students to ensure they have a fulfilling experience living and studying in Dunedin.
