Robert is an Associate, responsible for managing Anderson Lloyd’s property, trusts, and estates team in Dunedin.
Being a people person, Robert enjoys the high level of personal contact he has with his clients as he assists them with property transactions and the structuring of trusts and personal affairs. Robert enjoys engaging clients at all levels, and ensures he takes the time to understand their circumstances and requirements. The most important aspect of his role is to provide his clients with clear, practical advice, in a timely manner.
Robert brings to Anderson Lloyd a high level of land law expertise, with a strong emphasis on property and contract law. He is also experienced in the establishment and management of trusts, and a skilled facilitator and problem solver.
In August 2013, Robert and his family happily made the move to Dunedin. Previously, Robert was employed by one of New Zealand’s leading commercial law firms, where he worked as a property and private client specialist for 11 years. Robert tutored in Land Law at the University of Auckland Faculty of Law in 2006.
Prior to being admitted to the bar in 2002, Robert worked across a range of different industries in a variety of roles. These ranged from being a steel manufacturing worker, in his teens, to managing businesses in his early thirties.
