Jessica specialises in commercial law, with expertise in public-private partnerships (PPPs), infrastructure and construction.
Jessica was admitted to the bar in 2014, after graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). She relocated from Australia in November 2015 to join Anderson Lloyd’s commercial team in Auckland. Prior to joining Anderson Lloyd, Jessica worked with the ACT Government on its procurement of the Capital Metro (light rail) PPP project and in energy and utility services regulation.
Jessica specialises in advising on infrastructure and PPP projects. She has recently advised the successful consortia on the Pūhoi to Warkworth motorway PPP project and the New Zealand Schools 3 PPP project. Jessica is currently advising on the following projects currently in procurement: the Waikeria Prison Development, the Christchurch Housing Transfer and the Tāmaki Regeneration Project.
Jessica is a member of the Infrastructure New Zealand Emerging Talent Network.
