Ania Lang

Ania is a commercial lawyer working under Bryan Henderson. She has extensive experience advising both established businesses and start-up clients on all commercial matters including business structures, buying and selling businesses, capital raising, employee share schemes, terms of trade and negotiation of commercial contracts. She also advises a number of non-for-profit entities and charitable trusts. Ania is passionate about using her legal expertise to support the success of her clients with commercially-focused and decisive legal advice, delivered in plain English.

Outside of work Ania loves getting her young family out into our region’s incredible outdoors and never misses an opportunity to enjoy the world-class hospitality experiences Otago offers.

Ania sits on the Mainland Angel Investors screening committee and is a member of the New Zealand Law Society.
