Tabitha Lau

Tabitha is an Associate in corporate advisory. She has a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional experience across various industry sectors. She regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and equity investments.

She also has extensive experience advising on a range of commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements, licensing arrangements and IT contracts, as well as intellectual property protection and commercialisation.

Prior to joining Anderson Lloyd, Tabitha gained experienced working at various corporate commercial law firms in New Zealand and the UK.
