Veronica Manning

Veronica is a Senior Solicitor in our Commercial team located in Queenstown. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2020 with an LLB degree and was admitted to the bar in Christchurch in 2021. Veronica previously worked at a boutique property law firm and in the property team of a general practice firm.

Veronica specialises in property and commercial law, with expertise in complex subdivisions including title structure and financing, sale and purchase of businesses, commercial contracts, residential and commercial conveyancing, and business structuring. She also enjoys assisting with the formation and governance of incorporated societies and charitable organisations. Veronica is passionate about giving practical, no-nonsense legal advice.

Outside of work, Veronica is vice president of the Otago Amateur Weightlifting Association, vice president of the Oceania Regional Powerlifting Association, honorary solicitor for the New Zealand Powerlifting Federation, and safeguarding officer for the International Powerlifting Federation. She competes internationally in powerlifting and holds several national records. Veronica is a member of Otago Women’s Law Society and Queenstown Young Professionals.
