Emma is a solicitor in the Projects (Energy & Infrastructure) team based in Auckland. She specialises in commercial contracts, project delivery, and dispute resolution. Emma’s experience includes work on dams and wastewater infrastructure, fitout projects, theatre and cinema projects, and solar farms.
Emma’s legal career began in November 2021 as a summer law clerk in the commercial, litigation and resource management teams at Anderson Lloyd’s Queenstown office. Emma then graduated from the University of Otago in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Music (First Class Honours). She was admitted to the bar in May 2023 and is a member of the Society of Construction Law New Zealand and The Infrastructure Collective.
Outside of work, Emma is actively involved with the New Zealand Opera Chorus and Voices New Zealand, and she is an alumna of the New Zealand Opera School and New Zealand Youth Choir.
