Kelsi Mosley

Kelsi is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team. She specialises in corporate and commercial matters, with particular expertise in banking and finance, financial market and securities law and commercial transactions including distressed transactions.
Kelsi acts for a range of clients including listed companies, banks and non-bank lenders, private businesses, co-operatives and local authorities. She is a member of the Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association of New Zealand (RITANZ) and the Canterbury Women’s Legal Association.
Kelsi has been a member of the Anderson Lloyd team since 2012 when she joined the Dunedin office. She graduated from the University of Otago with degrees in law and accounting in 2013, and was admitted to the bar in 2014. Kelsi transferred to our Christchurch office in 2016.
