Rob McKellar

Rob McKellar is a Senior Legal Advisor in our Property and Private Client Team, and is based in our Auckland office. He joined Anderson Lloyd in September 2024.
Rob enjoys all areas of commercial property law but is especially passionate about understanding the business decisions behind the transaction, and ensuring that the legal side marries up with the commercial side of the deal.
Rob graduated with a First Class Law degree from the University of Exeter in 2010, and was admitted to practice in England & Wales in 2015.
Prior to joining Anderson Lloyd, he worked in London where he gained experience advising on acquisitions and sales, leasing (all aspects including industrial, office and food & beverage)and development work for a diverse range of clients including institutional investors, corporate occupiers and high net worth individuals.
