Nick is a solicitor in the Commercial team, based in Auckland.
Nick completed his education at Victoria University of Wellington where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science. After graduating in 2023, Nick was admitted to the bar in Auckland in 2024.
Nick joined Anderson Lloyd in July 2023. His role involves mergers and acquisitions as well as completing due diligence for commercial transactions.
Nick is a member of the New Zealand Law Society, Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand, and New Zealand Private Capital.
