Pip specialises in environmental and planning law. She first began working for Anderson Lloyd in 2002.
Pip has experience working across a broad sector of resource management issues including applying for concessions and being involved in Management Plan processes under the Conservation Act, appearing at Council hearings and before the Environment Court on resource consenting matters, and undertaking due diligence work on a variety of transactions. She has been involved in a wide variety of major projects dealing with mineral extraction, energy generation and other key infrastructure.
In her time at Anderson Lloyd, Pip has acted for a range of clients including individual property developers through to local authorities and national companies.
Pip is a member of the Otago Women Lawyers Society and the Resource Management Law Association.
