Tom Wilson

Tom is a solicitor in the Commercial team in our Auckland office. He joined the firm in November 2021 as a summer clerk, then returned to complete his studies at the University of Canterbury before starting full-time in July 2022. Tom’s primary area of practice is mergers and acquisitions, where he conducts due diligence for transactions.

Tom graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science & International Relations. He was admitted to the bar in Auckland in 2022.

Tom’s iwi is Ngāti Porou.
