Reuben is a Senior Associate in Anderson Lloyd’s Corporate and Commercial team.
He advises on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial law and has particular expertise in the agriculture and irrigation industries.
Reuben advises clients on shareholder arrangements and corporate structuring, large scale land transactions, capital raising and compliance with the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, corporate governance, the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial agreements and the execution of mergers, acquisitions and disposals. He has presented seminars to lawyers and industry members on these areas of law.
Reuben acts for diverse range of clients, ranging from listed companies through to private corporates, SMEs and start-ups.
