Danielle Bailey

Danielle is an Associate in our Property Team and is based out of our Auckland office.
Danielle is interested in all aspects of property law and has particular experience advising on:
- commercial and industrial leasing;
- complex subdivisions and development;
- commercial and forestry acquisitions and disposals;
- Overseas Investment Act applications; and
- emissions trading scheme issues and carbon forestry projects.
Danielle worked from our Queenstown office in 2014 and 2015 and prior to re-joining Anderson Lloyd in September 2019, worked as a legal officer for a trust office in the Netherlands managing a portfolio of international property investors.
Danielle studied at the University of Auckland and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Bachelor of Science (Majoring in Geography) in 2011. She was admitted to the bar in 2012.
Danielle is a member of the New Zealand Law Society, the Auckland District Law Society and the Auckland Women Lawyer’s Association. Outside of Anderson Lloyd, Danielle is heavily involved with the Ronald McDonald House Charity, volunteering as a front of house support person at the Ronald McDonald Auckland House.
