Bryony is a Legal Advisor in the Banking and Finance team based in our Auckland office.
Bryony has a range of experience across project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance (development and investment) and general corporate lending. She has acted for all main clearing banks in England, property developers and private equity funds, often involving multiple jurisdictions. She has also advised on a number of PPP refinancings/restructures in the New Zealand market.
Bryony completed a two year training contract in Manchester, United Kingdom with international law firm Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales and qualified into the Banking team in 2018. She then spent 3 years as an Associate in the team working across all four of the firm’s UK offices before joining Anderson Lloyd in November 2021.
