Innes du Preez is a Legal Advisor in Anderson Lloyd’s Auckland Banking and Finance team. He has more than a decade of experience advising lenders, investors, corporates and development finance institutions on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Innes specialises in project finance, banking and finance, and structured finance, with particular expertise in acquisition finance, private credit, renewable energy and infrastructure projects. He advises clients through all stages of a transaction, from due diligence and risk assessment through to negotiating finance and security documentation, transaction execution and completion.
He has worked across a wide range of sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, financial services, investment management, agribusiness, real estate, mining and resources, transport and logistics, and development finance. Innes is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
