Zoe Gilpin

Zoe is a Senior Solicitor in our Property and Private Client team, based in the Christchurch office. She was admitted to the bar in 2022 after completing a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Canterbury in 2021.

Before joining Anderson Lloyd in September 2025, Zoe gained three years’ experience at a medium-sized Christchurch firm, where she worked across a broad range of property and commercial matters. She has particular expertise in residential and commercial property law, leasing, developments, subdivisions, and trusts.

Zoe is a member of the New Zealand Law Society’s Property Law Section and is committed to delivering clear and effective outcomes for her clients.
