Greg Smith

Greg is Special Counsel in our Property and Private Client department in our Christchurch office.

Greg specialises in commercial property law and provides advice on all aspects of leasing, commercial development, commercial property sale and purchase, commercial contracts and residential conveyancing as well as trusts, general property matters and debt recovery (leasing).

Greg takes a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to deliver positive outcomes for his clients.

Greg joined Anderson Lloyd in February 2022 having previously been a Partner at two other New Zealand law firms, working in all aspects of commercial property and specialising in commercial development and leasing.

Greg is a member of Property Council New Zealand.
