Lucy Hannon

Lucy is a Senior Associate in Anderson Lloyd’s Queenstown office, where she advises on complex real estate and corporate transactions. She brings a broad commercial perspective, having worked with clients across tourism, logistics, healthcare, retirement, forestry, commercial property and data centre sectors.

Before joining Anderson Lloyd in 2025, Lucy spent several years practising in London and Auckland. In London, she worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Clifford Chance, advising on high-profile and market-shaping transactions. She has acted for individuals, private equity funds and major corporates on domestic and cross-border M&A and real estate matters, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to navigate deals efficiently and effectively.

Lucy holds an LLB (Honours) from the University of Canterbury and was admitted to the bar at the Auckland High Court. She is proudly Ngāi Tahu and has been recognised as an Emerging Leader by the New Zealand Property Council.
