Molly Haywood

Molly is a Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial team in our Queenstown office. She holds an LL.B(Hons) and a B.A. in Politics from the University of Otago, where she graduated in 2023. Molly was admitted to the bar in Invercargill in 2024.
Molly joined Anderson Lloyd as a Summer Clerk in 2022, later working as a Law Clerk, before becoming a Solicitor in 2024. She specialises in corporate commercial law, with expertise in the sale and purchase of businesses, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and corporate governance. She also has experience advising on a range of general commercial matters.
Molly is a member of the New Zealand Law Society, the Otago Women Law Society, and Queenstown Young Professionals. She volunteers with the Citizens Advice Bureau and in her spare time, Molly enjoys running, Pilates, and the gym.
