Holly Brittain

Holly joined Anderson Lloyd’s Christchurch Litigation team as a Law Clerk in April 2025 and was admitted to the bar in Tauranga later that year. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Political Science) from the University of Canterbury, graduating in 2024. Prior to joining Anderson Lloyd, she gained legal experience as an intern with the New Zealand Public Defence Service.

Holly works across all areas of litigation, including drafting court documents, conducting legal research, completing electronic discovery, and providing support on a wide range of litigation matters.

Holly is a member of the New Zealand Law Society and the Christchurch Women’s Legal Association.
