Kelsey is an associate in our Resource Management team and is based out of our Christchurch office.
She has a background in commercial and civil litigation, and has spent her recent years specialising in resource management. She has acted for individuals and developers in consenting matters, regional and district plan matters, due diligence investigations and enforcement matters.
Kelsey completed her undergraduate studies at University of Canterbury (LLB/BA), and obtained an LLM in Environmental Law from The University of Auckland.
She is a committee member of the Women’s Infrastructure Network, and a member of the Resource Management Law Association and the Canterbury Women’s Legal Association.
