Hayley Lowry

Hayley is a Senior Solicitor in our Corporate Commercial Team and is based out of our Dunedin office. She specialises in commercial law, with particular experience preparing business sale and purchase agreements, company constitutions, shareholder agreements, commercial leases and advising on trade mark establishment and maintenance as well as other general commercial matters.

Hayley studied at the University of Otago and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019. She began with Anderson Lloyd as a Law Clerk, progressing to a Solicitor after being admitted to the bar in September 2020.

Hayley is the Convener of the Otago Women’s Law Society and sits on the Otago Branch of the New Zealand Law Society board.
