Bede is a Partner in corporate advisory. He has significant experience advising on complex mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, shareholder agreements, and general corporate matters.
He also has extensive experience advising on, and obtaining consent under, the Overseas Investment Act.
Bede was admitted to the bar in 2010.
