Vicky Melvin

Vicky is a Solicitor in Anderson Lloyd’s Corporate and Commercial team, based in Auckland.

Vicky joined Anderson Lloyd in 2026 after gaining experience in a regulatory team at a large litigation firm. During this time, she appeared in a range of District Court and High Court proceedings, acting for several of New Zealand’s major commercial regulators.

Vicky works primarily in corporate law, with a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions. She assists clients with a range of corporate and commercial matters, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and shareholder arrangements.

Vicky holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Auckland and was admitted to the bar in Auckland in 2026.
