Conor is an Associate in Anderson Lloyd’s Environment and Planning team, working primarily on Queenstown matters while being based out of the Christchurch office. He advises on a wide range of environmental and planning matters with a particular focus on the Resource Management Act 1991.
Conor began his career in Christchurch in 2020, advising on plan changes, resource consents, major infrastructure, and complex industrial projects. In 2023 he moved to Australia, specialising in regulatory approvals for large‑scale renewables and resources developments, including solar, wind, and mining projects.
Conor holds an LLB and BA in Political Science and International Relations from Victoria University and was admitted to the bar in 2020. His day‑to‑day work spans legal research, drafting, and the review of expert evidence, with experience advising clients across the mining, aggregates, renewables, local government, and residential development sectors.
