Kelsi is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team and is based out of our Dunedin and Christchurch offices.
She specialises in corporate and commercial matters, with particular expertise in banking and finance, financial market and securities law and commercial transactions, including distressed transactions.
Kelsi acts for a range of clients including listed companies, banks and non-bank lenders, private businesses, co-operatives and local authorities. She is a member of the Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association of New Zealand (RITANZ) and the Canterbury Women’s Legal Association.
