Kelly is a senior HR leader at Anderson Lloyd, responsible for driving the firm’s people & culture strategy across all offices. With a strong background in organisational development, performance and talent management, and employee engagement, Kelly plays a central role in ensuring Anderson Lloyd attracts, develops, and retains exceptional people.

Passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing environments, Kelly partners with leaders across the firm to support career development, strengthen leadership capability, and shape a positive workplace culture. She leads initiatives in leadership development, wellbeing, change management, and workforce planning, ensuring the firm’s people strategy supports its long-term goals.

Known for her pragmatic and people-centred approach, Kelly is a trusted advisor and advocate for meaningful, sustainable change in the legal sector.

Kelly is a mentor for the Otago MBA program and, each year, mentor’s foreign students to ensure they have a fulfilling experience living and studying in Dunedin.

Kelly was selected in the 2024 Human Resources Director’s Hot List which highlights outstanding HR executives across New Zealand who have led new initiatives and significantly advanced the standing of HR within their respective organisations.
