Chelsea Rees

Chelsea Rees is a Senior Solicitor in Anderson Lloyd’s Property and Private Client team, based in Auckland. She specialises in commercial property, advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, large-scale developments, and leasing transactions across the commercial and residential property sectors.

Chelsea has experience advising on a broad range of property transactions and, prior to joining Anderson Lloyd, gained experience in High Court class action litigation, including leaky home litigation. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland and was admitted to the bar in 2022.
