Britt Rorrison

Britt is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution team and is based out of our Dunedin and Queenstown offices. She joined Anderson Lloyd in November 2022 having previously worked for two litigation practices in Auckland, including leading criminal prosecutions on behalf of the Crown.

Britt is experienced at acting for private sector and government clients in dispute resolution to solve problems in respect of a broad range of disputes. She has particular experience in complex contract and property disputes, including for breaches of restraints of trade, urgent injunctive relief, company law and media law. Additionally, given Britt’s background as a prosecutor, she also guides clients through regulatory investigations and prosecutions – as well as prosecuting on behalf of local councils. She also represents clients at Coronial inquests and inquiries.

Britt is a skilled communicator, trusted to represent her clients in a pragmatic and down to earth manner.

Britt has previously co-authored the New Zealand chapter of the Global Investigations Review’s Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations – the world’s leading publication on cross-border investigations and corporate fraud.
