Tim Sinclair is Special Counsel in Anderson Lloyd’s Property and Private Client team, based in Queenstown.

Tim specialises in property and commercial law and brings extensive legal and practical experience gained across a variety of roles, practice areas and jurisdictions throughout his career. He advises both private and commercial clients on a wide range of property-related matters, helping them navigate transactions and legal issues with confidence and clarity.

In addition to his property and commercial expertise, Tim has experience in telecommunications and resource management law, providing him with a broad perspective when advising clients on complex matters.
