Anna Sloan

Anna is a Senior Associate in Anderson Lloyd’s Corporate Commercial team based in Auckland. She advises both domestic and offshore clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, employee share schemes, corporate structuring, investor agreements, as well as broader commercial matters and intellectual property licensing issues.

Anna first joined Anderson Lloyd in 2019 and has since returned as a Senior Associate in 2025. Anna previously worked in London negotiating and advising on large commercial, IP and technology transactions in the life sciences sector.

Anna holds an LLB (Honours) and a BSc in Biotechnology from Victoria University of Wellington and was admitted to the bar in 2017.
