Elisepa Taukolo

Elisepa is a solicitor in the Environment and Planning team based in our Dunedin office. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degree from Otago University, with a major in Pacific Studies. She has also completed a Master of Indigenous Studies and is currently undertaking her PhD. Elisepa was admitted to the bar in Auckland in 2022. She is of Houma Tongatapu, Ofu Vava’u, Fakakai Ha’apai and Mangere South Auckland descent.

Elisepa first joined Anderson Lloyd as a Summer Clerk in November 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience as a Te Tumu Tutor and Talanoa Tutor at the University of Otago and a Law Clerk at Youth Law Aotearoa.

Elisepa is a member of the Pacific Lawyers Association, Otago Women’s Law Society and is a life member of the University of Otago Pacific Island Students Association (UOPISA) and the Otago University Students Association (OUSA).
