Ingrid Taylor

Ingrid specialises in all aspects of property law, trusts, and private client matters. She advises individuals, developers, and organisations on the acquisition and disposal of commercial and rural property, infrastructure and utility arrangements, residential subdivisions and widespread leasing work across all sectors.

Ingrid has built trusted relationships across the Canterbury legal and business community. She is recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading experts in Trust Law, providing advice regarding trust structures, resettlements, trust disputes and estate planning for private clients and charities. She also works closely with institutional investors, closely held companies, and industry bodies.

Ingrid is an appointed member of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal. She also chairs the Koawa Studio’s Advisory Board on behalf of the University of Canterbury and the St. Margaret’s College Foundation.

Ingrid joined Anderson Lloyd as a Partner in September 2025.
