Tiahna Arthur-Richens

Tiahna is a Registered Legal Executive based in the Queenstown office. She started her role at the firm in March 2021, where she is part of the Property and Private Client team. Prior to joining Anderson Lloyd, Tiahna worked as a paralegal in Australia, specialising in ACT and NSW conveyancing while also having exposure to wills and estate planning, rural property and commercial transactions.

Tiahna has a wealth of experience in property and private client law. Her day-to-day work involves handling the sale, purchase, and refinancing of residential properties, subdivisions, as well as personal client work. She holds a Diploma in Legal Executive Studies, a Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Business Studies.
