Adrien Turnage

Adrien is a Senior Associate in Anderson Lloyd’s Property and Private Client team, based in Dunedin. She specialises in residential and commercial property matters, with particular expertise in rural property transactions, property development and commercial leasing.

Adrien advises clients on a wide range of property matters, including the sale and purchase of residential, commercial, farm and forestry properties, subdivisions, and leasing arrangements. She also has experience assisting clients with business sale and purchase transactions.

Before joining Anderson Lloyd in 2026, Adrien spent more than 13 years practising in Nelson, working with a broad range of private and commercial clients. She has advised clients across the farming, horticulture, forestry, property development and commercial leasing sectors.

Adrien holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland, majoring in Political Studies and Philosophy, and a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington. She was admitted to the bar in Wellington in 2013.
