Victoria Wilson

Victoria is an Associate in Anderson Lloyd’s Corporate Commercial team based in Queenstown. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, management incentive plans, capital raises, Overseas Investment Office applications, general corporate structuring and commercial matters.

Victoria first joined Anderson Lloyd in 2020 as a Law Clerk. She returned to the firm in 2026 after spending three years working in London, where she advised on private equity and M&A transactions.

Victoria holds an LLB and BAppSc in Consumer Food Science and Economics from the University of Otago and was admitted to the bar in 2020.
