Geoff Busch is appointed as Anderson Lloyd’s new Board Chair

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Anderson Lloyd Banking & Finance partner Geoff Busch as Anderson Lloyd’s new Board Chair.

Geoff has been a Board member from 2014 to 2019 and for the past two years. He succeeds outgoing Board Chair Queenstown Property and Private Client partner Kerry O’Donnell, who has completed her four year term as Chair.

A partner of Anderson Lloyd since 2014, Geoff is a leading New Zealand finance lawyer and the first Auckland-based Chair in our firm’s 163 year history. Geoff will continue to support clients particularly on project and corporate finance transactions where he has built a reputation as a market-leading adviser on renewables and infrastructure project financings including Public Private Partnerships.

As Chair, Geoff will focus on driving the firm’s strategic vision, building on our commitment to deliver exceptional service to our clients to help ensure their success and to provide an inclusive and sustainable culture for our people.
