A milestone for Ōtautahi Christchurch

Anderson Lloyd Partner Anne Mcleod and the Anderson Lloyd commercial team is proud to have advised Emmons Developments New Zealand Limited (a joint venture between Mainland Capital, Russell Property Group and Lockwood Property Group) on its hotel management agreement with Marriott International for the development and operation of a $150 million Sheraton Christchurch, set to open in 2027.

The landmark hotel will feature 240 premium rooms, event spaces, a rooftop bar, wellness facilities, and more, adding vibrancy to the city’s riverside precinct and providing a significant boost to the local economy.
