We are delighted to announce the promotion of Josh Williams to Partner, in Anderson Lloyd’s Ōtautahi, Christchurch office.

Recently recognised as a 2022 Rising Star in the industry, Josh has over 10 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer with a wide range of expertise. His specialist focus areas are mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial structuring, as well as the emissions trading scheme and carbon projects. He is focused on understanding his clients’ commercial drivers and bringing a practical approach. He has strong people skills, an enthusiasm for learning, and a commitment to core values. Josh is Ngāi Tahu and is proud of his whakapapa. He also advises iwi/Māori organisations on a variety of matters. He is a proud and active young father.
