Our construction and maintenance specialists have been touring Aotearoa to provide insights and tips on maintenance contracts, with presentations at Anderson Lloyd’s offices in Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown by Lauren Whitehead, Sarah Simmers, Charlotte Webber, Simon Munro, Melissa Hammer, and Steve O’Dea.

They shared examples of how important these contracts can be, given the costs involved when key equipment and infrastructure deteriorates or fails. With technology enabling asset management to be more targeted and efficient than ever before, having commercial arrangements that reflect best practice can save cost and improve results.
