Supporting the To Tonga With Love auction
Several months on from the Hunga-Tonga-Hunga-Ha'apai volcanic eruption in Tonga, children and families are still reeling. UNICEF Aotearoa created an appeal for Tonga, to help communities to build back better.
The To Tonga With Love auction ran on Trade Me, raising more than $35,000, with proceeds going to UNICEF Aotearoa’s appeal. Funds raised will go towards helping strengthen household sanitation and hygiene, and providing psychological support to help children recovering from the devastating impacts of this disaster.
Anderson Lloyd Partner Clare O’Shea supported this fantastic cause by providing a Professional Property Consultation as one of the auction items. The auction winner receiving 2 hours of legal advice on commercial leases or residential property purchases.
