Sarah Holly

Sarah is a Legal Advisor in Anderson Lloyd’s Corporate & Commercial team working primarily on Auckland matters but based out of Christchurch. She specialises in construction law, with experience in front-end contracting, project strategy and dispute resolution across large-scale projects.

Before joining Anderson Lloyd in 2026, Sarah spent a decade working in-house for a leading Tier 1 contractor in the Middle East. She has extensive experience advising on contract negotiation, project delivery and risk management, and has worked across the construction, infrastructure, banking and finance, and real estate sectors.

Sarah holds an LLB from the University of East Anglia and was admitted in the United Kingdom in 2022. She also has experience in corporate, insurance and M&A matters.

Outside of work, Sarah is involved with a number of organisations, including SPCA, Ōtautahi Pride, the UN World Food Programme, Amnesty International and War Child.
